This competence course is a must for all Jet Skiers / Personal Watercraft Users. On this one-day competence course we will cover all the skills you need to handle a PW safely. With so many of these craft on the water, can you afford not to take this course?

• Control at slow speed
• Following a planned route
• Identifying buoys and marks
• Recognising potential collision situations and taking correct avoiding action

• Orientation at sea including subjects such as charts, buoys, tides and compass use
• Weather forecasts
• Emergency equipment
• Courtesy to other water users
• Falling off and reboarding
• Capsize and righting
